Ilocos Norte and Ilocos Sur Getaway

There are a lot more places to explore in the Philippines and I am planning to conquer all slowly. Good thing, I had my posing game up now so pictures are a lot more acceptable than before. I just need a new camera and I'm working on it. I've been to different parts of Asia but I still go back to my homeland. I'm a bit biased but beaches and historical places are much more enchanting in the Philippines compared to other places that I've been to. There are also a lot of awesome surf locations in the Philippines to choose from. Every time I travel locally, its as if I'm in a whole new world. In my head, its as if I'm time traveling or just having my laid back time at the beach enjoying the sand and the sunset. A few months back, I and my family went on a long-drive to Vigan and Ilocos which I will be posting separately. We stayed at Saud beach resort which is good but I tell you, there are a lot nicer places to stay. We also went to Baluarte, MalacaƱang of the North, Paoay Church, Rock formation, Windmills and tried the sand dunes. Traveling to Ilocos from Cavite is way too long! hours of driving will bore you so you better have a nice playlist, a blanket, some movies (if you are not the driver) and a lot of snacks. You also need to keep an eye for unique stopovers such as coffee shops, gasoline stations with outlet shops and a nice restaurant. We ate at Bagoong Club along the way and it didn't disappoint.
