Salumpwit

I have a number of late blog entries and I will start with this one. The Department of Foreign Affairs, in collaboration with Metrobank foundation launched, "Salumpwit, Bangko, Silya, atbp: Chairs of Filipino Life". It is a way of promoting Filipino culture through evolution of architecture. I will post some of the pictures from the DFA's website and some of which I personally took.

After the ribbon cutting ceremony, The Secretary of Foreign Affairs, DFA Officers and staff, and other guests went to the Auditorium for the extended event and we, the DFA Chorale started it with the singing of the National Anthem. Too bad I wasn't able to get a picture of us in the stage, my filipiniana gown that night was lovely. :p
